Replacing Carer

If you need a replacement carer

If you or your loved one is unhappy with the carer we provide, we will find you a new carer within 24 hours, depending on your location. If your current carer must leave immediately, we advise that care be sourced from family or friends while we do our best to find you a new carer. Considerable effort will be placed in finding you a replacement carer; however, we might allocate you a temporary carer while we’re looking for someone long term.
